_______________________Activity of the day!! Today Blake and I played Nature Match. I used our egg storage thingy, (you know the thingy that comes with all refrigerators) cut some construction paper and we were ready to go! The point of the Nature Match game is to go outdoors and find all the different colors in the natural world! Blake really enjoyed searching for different colored plants. His favorite items we found were a pine cone and bark. We weren't able to find anything blue, light pink and black. I didn't feel comfortable picking flowers from our neighbor's patios!
After we were done searching for colors, we sat down and talked about all we found. Blake enjoyed taking each item out of the tray and looking it over. Definitely a fun activity and one I'm sure we'll be doing again!

What fun - that's a great activity! (one I'll have to remember for a year from now) And he's getting SO big!
