Bike Ride!

Last night we got our bikes back from being tuned-up and got Blake a trailer. Today we decided to enjoy the beautiful weather and take the bikes out. We went for about an 1.5 hr ride with a break in the middle at a park for Blake. The ride to the park went great - our legs were fresh and the wind was at our back. But the ride home was so much more difficult!! We were going into the wind the whole time - and we are so out of biking shape! My quads are SO sore!

For dinner tonight we had spaghetti. Blake made a lovely mess! He went directly into the bath!!
