Pumpkin Patch & 2 yr well child

On Saturday we headed down to Howell's Pumpkin Patch to get some pumpkins! The weather wasn't exactly perfect but it was the only day we could go! We decided to head right out on the wagon to the pumpkin patch and corn maze. Kevin was most excited about the corn maze - I don't know if it was exactly what he thought it was going to be but it was definitely fun! And muddy!

After the corn maze we went over to the pumpkin patch. We walked for quite a while looking for the most perfect pumpkins. We found them!

Then it was back to the farm. We fed some goats and captured a few pictures. It was quite beautiful and a lot of fun :)

Yesterday was Blake's 2yr Well Child check-up. Blake did really well until his finger was pricked. After that he was ready to leave! The Dr. said he is doing great. She gave us some helpful hints on weaning him from his pacifier, symptoms to look for regarding H1N1, and potty training. We were also told that we can now give him the same milk we drink! We were pretty excited about that!
Blake also got 3 shots - the MMR, last Hep A and the seasonal flu. He didn't like getting them - he cried for a few minutes. And as for his stats: he is 37 inches tall (97%), 34.8 lbs (97%) and his head measured 19.5 (75%). So definitely a big boy!
